Children’s Law Center of California is an employee-focused organization looking to add passionate, skilled, and client-focused attorneys to join our Lancaster team.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • Juris Doctor degree and a member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
  • Prior experience in dependency law or trial experience helpful but not required.
  • Ability to communicate with children effectively and respectfully, teens, their families and caregivers.
  • Maintain professional and effective relationships with court personnel, coworkers, and other CLC attorneys.

The pay range for this position is $88,510 to $137,889, based on relevant experience as determined by CLC. 15 PTO days and 12 sick days in the first year, an up to 6% employer-matched retirement plan, and generous Family and Medical Leave and health care plans.
